“The Last Enemy III”

Last week again I talked about the last enemy being death and that we needed to
treat it as an enemy. Many people take a passive approach concerning death, not
treating it as an enemy. All sickness comes under the spirit of death. We must
aggressively deal with sickness and death from the stand point of what Jesus did
on the cross. We learned last week that the sting or poison of death is sin. That is
the whole reason for Jesus coming into the earth realm to deal with the sin issue
and all of its consequences.
Rom 8:1-7 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ
Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the
law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and
death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did
by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He
condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be
fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
Jesus did all the work necessary to overcome sin & death. That means we have
power over sin & death and all of its consequences. The key here is to walk by the
Spirit. The real you is Spirit! Jesus is in you! The Lord showed me in a dream a
few weeks ago about the spiritual dimension. He showed me a highway of light. It
had two lanes like a regular highway. One lane went back to the past all the way to
the cross. The other lane went to the future. He showed me that because of what
Jesus did on the cross, that when we get born again, we travel the spirit highway
back to the cross and become a new creation and then are propelled to the future
and are able to access eternal life and bring it into our present reality and reap all
the benefits of it! He showed me that the Spirit supersedes, time and place!
Because of what Jesus did on the cross way back there, we can now access the
benefits from the future in our present reality now such as eternal life, health, and
overcome death now! Cont. next week…………….
